Finding nearby places
Allow foreground location in Discover, or choose an area on the map and tap Search this area. Location is optional and can be disabled in iPhone Settings. Apple MapKit supplies place information; results may not include every business in the area.
Understanding ratings
Recommendation rate = recommendations / (recommendations + non-recommendations) × 100%. A place needs at least 5 ratings to show a score. Skips, saves and written reviews do not automatically count as votes. Each account has at most one vote per place, which can be undone or changed. Rate only places you have experienced.
Reporting content
Report content or block its author in the place's community section, or email Hawki. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Include the place and relevant content when reporting an issue, without reposting another person's private information.
Verification and sign-in
Email codes last 30 minutes. Check spam and use the most recent code. Guests can try up to 5 cards and continue browsing the map. Sign up and log in with email. Apple sign-in will be available when it is ready.
